  1. Do the Pingo boards come with stickers or markers?
    No. The order contains the boards only. We do not supply stickers or markers for your boards.

  2. Am I guaranteed a Pingo on every board?
    Getting a Pingo depends entirely on the boards the day you are pin trading. Magic Made spends hours making sure the prompts are reasonable for current pins circulating on boards along with current mystery sets found in the park. Pingos are not guaranteed but highly likely.

  3. Can I use the boards at any parks?
    Yes, all Pingo boards can be used at any park, even those themed towards certain parks.

  4. How can I tell the likelihood of getting a Pingo for a certain board?
    Each Pingo board has a difficulty level listed in the description. The easier the board, the more likely you are to get a Pingo. For medium or hard/challenge, you may have to get help from other pin traders for a few prompts!

  5. How long does it take to get my order?
    Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days.

  6. Do you offer custom Pingo boards?
    Currently we do not offer custom boards. However, we are happy to hear your ideas and consider them for future boards.

  7. What is your return/exchange policy?
    We typically do not accept returns or exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of my shop. However, I will refund you or replace the item if it is damaged in the mail or if the item is defective. Just email me about any issues (magicmadepingo@gmail.com), and I'll be happy to help.

  8. Do you ship internationally?
    At this moment, Magic Made does not ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience.
